[Sticky] Classifieds Rules and Guidelines

This forum section will be dedicated to selling / trading / giving away household goods and neighbors who want to offer local services to other neighbors, i.e. grass mowing, etc. Think of it as a virtual yard sale without all the work! Commercial businesses are currently NOT allowed to advertise here. However, we are working on creating a directory of trusted local businesses as well as sponsored posts, so please reach out if you are interested in that.

All posts in this section should adhere to the following guidelines:

• Price: Include the price of the item in the topic title.
• Description: Be as thorough as possible in describing the item and condition.
• Pictures: Attach a few pictures to your post if possible.
• Contact Info: Indicate how you would like to be contacted. For example, your phone number or email address.
• After the item is sold, indicate this by either editing your post or replying within the thread. This avoids wasting time for all parties involved.
